The Thriving Families Alliance Early Childhood Iowa Board is pleased to release the following Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the coming state fiscal year. These funding opportunities cover many service types: Early Literacy, Car Seat Safety, Public Awareness/Child Fairs, and Quality Improvement projects for Child Care Providers in any of the following counties may apply: Monona, Harrison, Shelby, Pottawattamie, Cass, Mills, Montgomery, Fremont or Page.
Please read all instructions and timelines thoroughly. Questions will not be accepted via written or verbal communication to board or staff members unless otherwise noted in the RFP. A PDF application is provided, if the applicant needs an editable document, please contact us.

The Thriving Families Alliance Early Childhood Iowa Board is pleased to release the following Contract Extensions for the coming state fiscal year. Only the identified contracts within the application are eligible for contract extension. This includes Family Support, Health Services, and Dental.
