Mid Year Request for Proposals- posted 9/24/2025

The Thriving Families Alliance Early Childhood Iowa Board is pleased to release the following Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the current state fiscal year.  These funding opportunities cover many service types: Early Literacy, Car Seat Safety, Public Awareness/Child Fairs, and Quality Improvement projects for Child Care Providers in any of the following counties: Monona, Harrison, Shelby, Pottawattamie, Cass, Mills, Montgomery, Fremont or Page. Additionally, a Family Support RFP is available for Cass County utilizing the Parents as Teachers model.

Please read all instructions and timelines thoroughly. Questions will not be accepted via written or verbal communication to board or staff members unless otherwise noted in the RFP.
