About the event

Trauma touches more lives than we often realize, shaping how people think, feel, and behave. Whether you are in education, healthcare, business, community service, or any field where you interact with others, becoming trauma-informed matters. It shifts the way we understand behavior and equips us to respond with empathy, effectiveness, and resilience. This perspective helps build trust, reduce conflict, and create environments where people feel safe and supported. By adopting a trauma-informed approach, professionals and community members alike can strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and contribute to healthier, more resilient workplaces and communities.

  This course will help you:

  • Understand the NEAR Sciences – Explore key findings in Neuroscience, Epigenetics, ACE Studies, and Resilience to build a foundation for trauma-informed practice.

  • Gain Insight on Beneath Behavior – Learn how brain networks influence behavior and use this knowledge to better interpret and respond to challenges.

  • Apply Practical Strategies – Practice Community Resilience Initiative's (CRI) R.O.L.E.S. framework…
