About the event
Over 2,000 research studies have shown that hope is the #1 predictor of future well-being outcomes. Simply stated, high hope individuals are more likely to be healthier, happier in their jobs, and more fulfilled in life than their lower hope peers. Hope is easily defined, easily measured, and easily taught and practiced. Participants will learn how to apply hope science to their own lives and in those around them.
Key Points:
Hope is easy to define, measure, and teach.
Hope happens when I believe I have a bright future, I can identify pathways to get me to that bright future, and I can manage setbacks and obstacles.
Hope is contagious.
We can help individuals build hope by building Developmental Relationships with them.
